Service Description

How well do you know, understand and relate to your cycle? Being in tune with your cyclical feminine flow is a gift of power that every woman has the potential to hold. To know your cycle is to know what is happening within you, and to know your choices of creation. This session is for the woman who desires to explore what her cycle is telling her, how to track the subtle shifts of her body, understand her hormonal communication system, and learn about plants and herbs that are beneficial to a healthy cycle. A private session that is personalized to your needs. This session can be in person in Marshall, NC or a remote session through Zoom. Along with your private session, you will also be gifted free access to my online class, Wild Cycles : Natural Birth Control & Conscious Conception ($64 value).
