Starlight Cave is an essence for the experience of not feeling entirely here.

Dissociation can feel like drifting away from the body, moving through the day in a haze, or simply losing the sense of being located within yourself. You may be functioning and interacting with the world while some part of you feels far away, unreachable, or absent.

Starlight Cave helps awareness find its way back inside.

Stromatolite, Mica, and Amethyst work together to support inner orientation and presence. Rather than pulling awareness outward or asking us to reach for something beyond ourselves, this formula draws attention toward what is already here—the body, the Earth, sensation, and the small points of light that remain accessible even when we feel lost in inner space.
